Whilst carrying out our DofE we have all decided to raise money for a charity which means a lot to us all, YoungMinds. Mental health issues are something which we have all been touched in some way or another either by a family member, a friend or ourselves.
By doing this and helping to raise awareness of the issue around mental health we hope to help make the conversation around this topic more comfortable and accessible to people.
