Catching up with outstanding awards

We finally managed to get Jocelyn and Penny our Youth Commissioner in the same place and time tonight and Jocelyns Young Leader of the Year award was made.

Dan missed getting his Explorer Scout of the Year award in Friday and Penny presented that as well.
