It’s rained so much it was too dangerous to go gorge walking this morning. So we had fun canoeing instead.
Made some friends on the ferry with some Isle of Man Explorer scouts who were returning from the Jamboree.
It’s become a tradition to have a selfi on the top deck of the ferry when we leave Liverpool
It’s always nerve racking getting everything together for a camp like this. But everything has made it to the ferry and we are now waiting to depart. And chill…………
Setting off on our next adventure, back to the Isle of Man here we go
Beautiful evening, great turnout to practice map reading with an awesome bunch of Explorer Scouts and parents. Lovely chilled way to spend a Friday evening. Sorry I only got photos of one of the three groups we had out walking.
Pegasus had a fun day today with our younger scouts from 4th Tyldesley at Adventure Dock in Liverpool
Lovely chilled out night tonight with our Explorers and some of our parents at our first camp fire at Hollin Wood. I was sat by the fire wishing I had taken my hammock to make a full night of it.
After a day of chilling out and having fun it was time to help the camp staff at Bibbys Farm. We repaired the road into the camp site, moved tyres from the playground to the go-cart track, moved a pile of fence posts and two huge telegraph poles off the play area and finished off by laying anti-weed matting in the new play ground extension.
The weather stayed dry and we had a relaxing chilled out weekend at Bibbys Farm chilling out doing fun activities.
